Greetings from Mrs. Kruize, Rosa Parks Principal

Welcome to Rosa Parks Elementary!  We are a growing K-5 school serving approximately 450 students.  Our mission is to assure learning excellence and readiness for a changing world. 
 
I received a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Southwest Minnesota State University, and my K-12 Specialist degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato.  I taught for two years in Apple Valley, MN.  I then spent the next nine years teaching 1st grade, 2nd grade and 6th grade in Owatonna, MN where I also spent a year as an Instructional Coach.
